Purchasing Assistant

The Role Working closely with the Procurement Manager and the wider operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient sourcing of goods and materials. This is a hands-on position offering a varied workload and the chance to work with suppliers and colleagues across the globe. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the procurement of goods, materials, and services in line with company requirements. Raising purchase orders and ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system. Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes, track orders, and resolve delivery issues. Supporting negotiations to secure the best value, quality, and lead times. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management. Maintaining accurate purchasing records and supplier information.
