This is an important role within the business, ensuring customers have the stock they need while working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams. You will monitor customer stock levels and usage, identify replenishment requirements and manage purchase orders through to delivery. Accuracy is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring purchase and sales orders contain the correct pricing, quantities, customer information and import/export documentation. Over time, you will take ownership of one or two key supplier categories, managing everything from stock levels and pricing through to supplier relationships, deliveries and resolving any issues.
