Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Buyers. Manage direct, indirect and CAPEX procurement. Develop sourcing strategies and deliver cost reduction initiatives. Drive supplier performance, contract negotiations and continuous improvement. Ensure material availability, MRP accuracy and inventory optimisation. Support production planning, S&OP and wider supply chain activities. Improve logistics flow, import processes and supply chain resilience. Lead SAP and process improvement initiatives. Work cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Engineering and Finance.
