Purchasing Administrator

We are recruiting for an administrator to join the Demand and Inventory team at a leading manufacturing client in the aerospace industry, based at their depot, not too far from Derby City Centre. The role will be to join a busy purchasing department supporting with a variety of admin tasks on an initial temporary ongoing basis.
Hours of Work:
Monday-Thursday: 0800-1645
Friday: 0800-1230
Day to Day includes:
- Order book uploads into the ERP system
- Raising of manual sales orders
- Liaising with production supervisors to aid planners with critical part status
- Basic purchasing functions
- Running reports to support various commercial functions
- General office administration duties
- Previous experience in a purchasing department essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Work
- Confident and adaptable to different CRM’s and IT systems
- Ability to manage and organize own daily workload to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and analytical eye to spot any problems
