Purchasing Administrator
We are proud to working alongside our client, a well-established national organisation with their search for a Purchasing Administrator to be based on site in Knottingley What does the role involve? Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and place purchase orders Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and requirements Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules Track orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise Monitor supplier performance and address any concerns or quality issues Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service Provide backup for customer orders when needed Your Experience Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes Proficient in using procurement systems and tools Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate supplier capabilities and performance Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment The Return In Return our client is offering fantastic company Benefits and salary of 28000 ..... full job details .....
