Location: Windsor

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000
Hours: Flexible working early finish Fridays

Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding electronics manufacturer, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join their team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth procurement of components for cutting-edge electronic products used across multiple industries.

• Raise and process purchase orders for electronic components and materials

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing

• Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting demand

• Resolve any supplier or delivery issues promptly and professionally

• Support the wider procurement and production teams as needed

• Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or admin role within electronics/PCB manufacturing

• Strong understanding of electronic components and supply chain processes

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, etc.)

• Competitive salary of £30,000 – £34,000
