The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, procuring and managing all materials, components and subcontracted manufacturing required to successfully deliver client projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Product Designers and the Workshop, the Purchaser ensures products are manufactured to the required quality, delivered on time and represent the best value to the business. The role is heavily focused on supplier management, quality assurance, cost control and proactive communication throughout the life of a project. This is a commercially focused role requiring excellent organisation, strong negotiation skills and a high attention to detail.
