Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for:Processing and posting supplier invoices with accuracy and speedManaging high-volume invoice processing across multiple group companiesMaintaining up-to-date purchase ledger records and supplier accountsPerforming supplier statement and bank reconciliations, investigating discrepanciesResolving supplier queries and liaising with internal stakeholdersSupporting a group structure of around 80 companies, including hotels, care homes, and construction projectsWhat you will need:Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role (such as Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Payable Assistant, or Finance Assistant)Experience using Sage 200 (or similar finance systems)Confident Excel skillsAbility to handle high-volume invoice processing and reconciliationsA methodical, professional approach and the confidence to work independentlyCIS experienceWhat you will get:23 days holiday plus bank holidaysChristmas shutdownEarly finish on ..... full job details .....
