Purchase Ledger Team Leader

Do you want to work for a growing company, offering an excellent salary and benefits package, including flexible working hours and hybrid working (only required to work 2 days per week in the office)?We are actively seeking a Purchase Ledger Team Leader for a highly reputable company close to Chester.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.The main duties include:Line management of the Purchase Ledger TeamAccurate and timely processing of all group purchase ledger invoicesEnsuring that supplier statements reconciliations are completedOwnership of the PO and expenses systems, ensuring all transactions are approved and processedNew supplier set up, following company processBuilding and keeping good relationships with suppliersPayment runs (including monthly Payroll payments), ensuring correct verifications and sign offs and runs are paid on timePosting and allocation of all bank payments and bank receiptDaily bank reconciliations and updating of the cash flowOur client is looking for someone who has:Purchase Ledger experienceExperience of working for a group of companies and/or dealing with multiple entitiesLine management experienceGood Excel skillsThe ability to work well in a fast paced environmentBenefits include:Salary (up to £42,000)25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (with the option to purchase 5 extra days after probation period)Hybrid working (only required to work 2 days per week in the office)Free parkingFlexible ..... full job details .....
