We are currently recruiting for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy and fast-paced finance team on a 6-month temporary basis.The RoleThis is a hands-on position supporting a high-volume finance function, where accuracy, organisation, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. You''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the purchase ledger, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing high volumes of purchase invoices with accuracy and efficiencySupplier statement reconciliations and query resolutionManaging payment runs and ensuring timely processingBuilding strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersSupporting month-end duties and reporting as requiredIdentifying process improvements within the ledger functionWhat We''re Looking ForProven purchase ledger experience within a high-volume environment (essential)Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsAbility to prioritise workload and meet deadlinesConfident communicator with a proactive approachIntermediate Excel skills are desirableWorking Pattern and Benefits37.5 hours per week (full-time)Enhanced hybrid ..... full job details .....
