Purchase Ledger Manager Location: Sheffield Hybrid working (2-3 days on-site) Type: Permanent Salary: 45,000Sellick Partnership are supporting a charity in South Yorkshire to recruit a Purchase Ledger Manager to lead their accounts payable function and ensure strong financial controls across a high-volume environment.This role will oversee the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger team, ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and on time, while driving improvements in processes and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the purchase ledger function, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processingOversee supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesManage weekly payment runs, ensuring strong financial controls are in placeAct as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholdersMonitor query inboxes and ensure SLAs are metSupport month-end and year-end processesProvide reporting, analysis, and support to senior leadershipEnsure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and GDPRDrive continuous improvement across processes and systemsLead, develop, and performance manage the purchase ledger teamKey RequirementsExperience managing a high-volume purchase ledger functionStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial controlsExperience working with complex financial data and month/year-end processesProven team management and leadership experienceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHighly organised ..... full job details .....
