Role Responsibilities Management of purchase ledger systems, processes and controlsSupervise, manage, mentor and develop the purchase ledger team (3 staff)Desire and ability to train and educate purchase order usersEnsure weekly supplier Payment processing and authorisation in line with company proceduresResolve queries from suppliers and other departmentsReconcile suppliers'' monthly statementsAssist with month-end proceduresAssist with year-end accounts and supply of audit informationMonitor, ..... full job details .....
