There is potential for the role to be extended or become permanent for the right individual.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing high volumes of invoices, and takes pride in building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Salary: Up to £15 per hourLocation: CoalvilleWorking Pattern: Hybrid - 4 days office-based, 1 day working from homeHours: Flexible between 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:30pmThe RoleReporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function by ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Matching invoices to purchase ordersChecking, coding and processing overhead invoicesDistributing invoices for approval across the businessPreparing invoices for payment runsScanning and filing documentationReconciling supplier statementsManaging supplier relationships and resolving queriesActing as a first point of contact for accounts payable enquiriesProcessing high volumes of invoices whilst maintaining accuracyAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 12 months'' Purchase Ledger or Accounts ..... full job details .....
