Your main duties will include:Coding and inputting supplier invoices into the finance system.Maintaining accurate supplier daybook information.Processing invoices for payment and obtaining relevant authorisations.Supporting external departments in following the Purchase Ordering andamp; Procurement Policy.Reviewing records to identify and follow up on outstanding invoices.Resolving supplier queries and conducting reconciliations.Taking ownership of the purchase ledger function and procedures.Assisting with year-end reporting and audits.Development Areas:We believe in continuous improvement!
