Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will include processing payments and monitoring client accounts. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Assist in processing invoices and other payables accurately and efficiently. Verify the accuracy of invoices, obtain necessary approvals, and enter them into the accounting system promptly. Prepare and process payments ensuring adherence to payment terms and internal controls.Liaise with Purchasing Department, Warehouse, Service Department to resolve any possible queriesBank Reconciliation: comparing bank statements with accounting records and resolving any discrepancies or outstanding items.
