Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk - 6-Month Temp (Potential to Go Permanent!) - NorthamptonStart Date: w/c 22nd June Location: Northampton (easy public transport access + free on-site parking) Hours: 37.5 office hours Monday-Friday Contract: 6-month temporary role with the potential to become permanent What You''ll Be DoingYou''ll be working closely with the Accounts Assistant (your direct report), who in turn reports to the Financial Controller. Your responsibilities will include:Processing high-volume purchase ledger invoicesMatching, batching and coding invoicesReconciling supplier statementsCreating and managing purchase ordersMatching POs to invoicesHandling supplier queries professionally and promptlySupporting with bank and account reconciliationsAssisting with ad-hoc finance tasks as needed Who We''re Looking ForYou''ll be a great fit if you:Have purchase ledger / accounts payable experienceAre confident processing high-volume invoices accuratelyHave strong Excel skills and experience with accounting softwareCommunicate clearly and enjoy working in a small, supportive teamBring a proactive, can-do ..... full job details .....
