Purchase Ledger Clerk Location: Poole Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Salary: 28,500 + Monthy BonusWe''re working with a great client who''s looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Finance team. If you''re super organised, love numbers, and enjoy keeping things in order, this could be the perfect fit for you.What you''ll be doing:Registering, matching and posting purchase invoices accuratelyDealing with any invoice queries with suppliers and internal teamsReconciling supplier statements and spotting any issuesPreparing payment runs and supporting the Finance ManagerMaking sure supplier payment terms are metKeeping files up to date - scanning, shredding, and filing invoices and documentsProcessing company expenses and credit card transactionsSupporting the wider finance team when neededAttending weekly meetings and sharing updatesWhat we''re looking for:Previous experience in a purchase ledger or finance admin roleGreat attention to detail and highly organisedConfident communicator - written and verbalA real team player with a proactive, can-do attitudeAble to manage your time and work to deadlinesStrong IT skills - especially Excel and finance systemsThis is a full-time, office-based role working as part of a supportive and down-to-earth team.
