This is a new role, joining a fantastically supportive and fun team, that has been created in response to sustained business growth.Key duties here will include:Processing of purchase ledger invoices and ensuring that these are processed within company policies and proceduresManagement and processing of sub-contractor certificates Daily bank reconciliationMonthly Supplier statement reconciliations Weekly and monthly payment runs.Monthly CIS submissionsSetting up and verifying new suppliers (Inc CIS and VAT check) Assist with Credit card processingCommunicating with internal and external stakeholders with regards to invoice and purchase order queriesAssisting with the management of the central Finance InboxAnswering suppliers calls and emailsIn order to be considered you need to have:Minimum of 2 years AP experience, ideally gained within the Construction or Property Maintenance industryStrong communication skills (both written and verbal), to enable clear dialogue with suppliers and colleaguesExcellent organisational skillsA strong and proven ability to prioritise tasks, especially around busy times like Month EndIn return you will receive:Salary up to 32,000 p.a. dependent on ..... full job details .....
