With a strong UK presence and a close-knit team of around 40 people, this is a company where your contribution genuinely matters.This is a varied, hands-on finance role sitting at the heart of the business. If you''re someone who takes real pride in accuracy, enjoys getting into the detail, and wants to work somewhere with a genuine team culture, this could be a great fit.Salary: £30,000Location: Eastleigh, 5 days onsitePermanent (temp-to-perm considered)Hours: 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) What You''ll Be DoingPurchase Ledger (core focus):Processing high volumes of supplier invoices - matching against POs and goods received notesIdentifying and resolving discrepancies, including VAT queriesPreparing monthly payment runs (30 days end of month)Reconciling supplier statements and managing credit notesSales Ledger and Credit Control:Transferring invoices between internal systemsLight-touch credit control - approximately five accounts per monthRaising and issuing small works invoicesGeneral Administration:CIS submissions and compliance record managementExpenses processing, fuel card and mobile phone analysisMaintaining vehicle and maintenance spreadsheetsSupporting the Financial Accountant on ad hoc tasksWhat We''re Looking ForSolid experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable ..... full job details .....
