REED Accountancy are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant for a Temporary, Immediate Start for an automotive group based in Salisbury (Car parking available). This is a TEMP opportunity (three months ongoing), please see below Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant Hours - 8am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) Salisbury based Pay rate £14.00 - £17.00 per hour (3 month duration ongoing) Key Responsibilities:Process high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiptsVerify approvals and ensure proper GL coding for all AP transactionsReconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or payment issuesRespond to vendor enquiries and internal requests regarding accounts payableAssist with month-end closing processes related to APSupport ad hoc projects and general accounting functions as requiredThis is a temporary opportunity via REED, we offer a number of temporary benefits including: - Weekly pay, statutory holiday pay, and automatic pension enrolment. - After 12 weeks, workers qualify for equal treatment (pay and hours) with permanent staff. - Additional perks include access to the Reed discount club for 30p per week, offering retail and cinema discounts, along with potential health cash plans. ..... full job details .....
