Purchase Ledger Clerk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client''s industry-leading organisation based in the Maidstone area on a temporary basis. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of their accounts payable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the wider finance function.Duties will include:Maintain the purchase ledger and ensure prompt supplier paymentsAccurately process invoices, purchase orders, and payments on timeReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies quicklyPrepare supplier payments and customer refunds Manage shared inboxes, responding to invoices and queries promptlyThe successful candidate will have:Some experience/ knowledge around the Purchase Ledger processExcellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritiseIntermediate Excel skillsMy client is looking for someone who is a available to start at short notice.
