The Role You''ll be a vital cog in our finance function - keeping the purchase ledger running smoothly, processing high volumes of invoices, and building great working relationships with suppliers and colleagues alike. Day to day, you can expect to: Process and post a high volume of purchase invoices onto our accounting systems Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes Reconcile supplier statements and direct debit accounts Manage supplier and internal queries promptly via phone and email Maintain a clean, accurate purchase ledger Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed What You''ll Bring 1-2 years'' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and a methodical approach to your work The ability to manage high volumes and deadlines ..... full job details .....
