What you''ll be doing:Processing high volumes of supplier invoices Managing supplier accounts across the UK and internationallyMatching invoices to purchase orders and internal estimatesPosting invoices in multiple currenciesAllocating payments and reconciling supplier statements monthlyHandling queries via email and inbound supplier callsAssisting with new supplier account setups and ongoing account maintenanceSupporting month-end processes and preparing supplier payment runsKeeping invoice records organised and compliant with company processesWhat we''re looking for:Strong Purchase Ledger experience essential Confident use of Sage systems (ideally Sage 200)A solid understanding of VAT rules and treatmentsGood Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and OutlookExcellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approachWhy join us:20 days holiday (rising with length of service)Company pension ..... full job details .....
