Key duties will include: Processing high volumes of supplier invoices. Matching, batching and coding invoices. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries. Preparing and processing payment runs. Maintaining accurate supplier records. Chasing approvals and investigating invoice discrepancies. Assisting with month-end processes where required. Using Sage 50 on a daily basis to manage ledger activities.
