The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made in line with agreed terms. Key Responsibilities: Processing and coding supplier invoices, ensuring correct allocation to developments, sites, plots and cost codes. Matching invoices to purchase orders, delivery notes and subcontractor applications where applicable. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice and payment queries. Liaising with Site Managers-and Quantity Surveyors to obtain invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies. Preparing supplier payment runs and ensuring payments are made within agreed terms. Maintaining accurate supplier records and ensuring invoices are processed in line with company procedures. Supporting month-end processes, including accruals and ledger reconciliations.
