ESS has an immediate requirement for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team on a maternity cover contract to work within our busy recruitment business. You will be accountable for matching and coding invoices, preparing BACS payments, reconciling supplier statements and other daily duties in the Accounts team. This role will require a candidate who is organized and has attention to detail with administrative skills. About Us Euro Site Services (ESS) is an established recruitment business with 30 year s experience providing innovative, cost-effective manpower solutions to global leaders in Construction, Energy, Engineering and marine. Duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Producing creditors reports Check, code, process, scan and distribute supplier invoices Deal with any queries relating to invoices Reconcile duty invoices Reconcile supplier statements Prepare weekly payment runs Interact with suppliers using phone/email Allocate currency invoices to current contracts Ad hoc cover for other team members Assist with Month End duties.
