Key-Responsibilities:

• Processing-high-volumes-of-purchase-invoices
• Matching,-batching-and-coding-invoices
• Reconciling-supplier-statements
• Investigating-and-resolving-invoice-queries
• Preparing-payment-runs
• Maintaining-accurate-supplier-records
• Assisting-with-month-end-procedures
• Liaising-with-suppliers-and-internal-departments

The-Ideal-Candidate:

• Previous-Purchase-Ledger-/-Accounts-Payable-experience
• Strong-reconciliation-skills
• Excellent-attention-to-detail
• Ability-to-manage-a-high-volume-workload
• Good-communication-and-organisational-skills
• Proficient-in-Microsoft-Excel-and-finance-systems
• Stable-and-supportive-working-environment
