I am pleased to be working with our longstanding manufacturing client in Warwick to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp to perm basis. The duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk include: Processing invoices Matching payments and supplier invoices Nominal coding Posting on Sage Line 50 Reconciling statements Resolving any payment queries with suppliers Managing the accounts email inbox The ideal candidate will be: Able to work on own initiative Organised with excellent attention to detail Have experience in a similar accounts role Fully conversant with Sage, Xero knowledge is desirable The hours of work are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and it is a fully office based position.
