The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing supplier relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of the purchase ledger function.The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Purchase Ledger, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made in accordance with agreed terms.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.Matching, batching and coding invoices.Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.Managing supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships.Preparing payment runs and processing BACS payments.Ensuring invoices are authorised in line with company procedures.Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records.Assisting with month-end procedures and reconciliations.Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties.Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.About YouPrevious experience within a Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts ..... full job details .....
