This is a broad and varied position where you can really make an impact.Your responsibilities will include:Processing purchase invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders on a daily basisReconciling and processing company credit card transactionsReconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepanciesActing as a key point of contact for supplier queries (pricing, deliveries, etc.)Supporting internal teams with supplier-related issuesManaging utility supplier accountsAssisting with subcontractor paymentsPreparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runsProviding occasional support across sales ledger and payrollWorking to structured monthly deadlines and timetablesWhat We''re Looking ForWe''re seeking someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy SME environment.You will ..... full job details .....
