Job Title: Purchase Ledger AdministratorLocation: Honiton, DevonHours: Full time, Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm, 4.30pm Friday finish! You will be responsible for supporting both the day-to-day operations and the management team.Responsibilities:Process purchase invoices with accuracy and efficiencyMaintain the purchase ledger by entering data into accounting softwareReconcile supplier statements to ensure account accuracyAssist in managing accounts payable for timely paymentsCollaborate with various departments to resolve discrepanciesPrepare purchasing reports as neededKnowledge, skills, qualifications, experience:Proven experience in a similar roleStrong data entry skillsFamiliarity with accounts payable processesExcellent analytical skills for financial assessmentExceptional attention to detail and organisational abilitiesDesirable:Experience with accounting software, preferably SAGEPrior ..... full job details .....
