This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable experience to take ownership of the purchase ledger function and contribute to the smooth running of financial operations.Process supplier and subcontractor invoices accurately and efficientlyMatch invoices against purchase orders and delivery notesPerform monthly supplier statement reconciliationsPrepare payment runs for approval in line with payment schedulesHandle and resolve invoice queries with suppliers and subcontractorsMaintain and update supplier accounts within the systemManage electronic and physical filing of invoicesSupport year-end processes and audit requirementsProcess staff expenses and company credit card transactionsAssist with general finance administration and archiving tasksAbout YouMinimum 2 years'' experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable roleStrong working knowledge of accounting systems (e.g. Sage)Intermediate Excel skillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailA methodical approach with the ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and confidence liaising with ..... full job details .....
