Pupil Support Assistant 
Location: Solihull | Full-Time 

PK Education are currently recruiting for a caring and committed Pupil Support Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a nurturing environment and make a real difference to their educational journey.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across the primary age range on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
• Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and additional needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain a safe learning environment
• Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with children or in a school setting
• Be patient, adaptable, and resilient
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be confident supporting pupils with additional needs
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
