      <description>Location: Yorkshire | Salary: 90.00-90.00 Daily | Type: Temporary | Alternative Provisions supports students who have found mainstream education challenging. They provide a nurturing, personalised learning environment that helps young people re-engage with education, build confidence, and develop positive behaviour strategies that will serve them for life. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you ll play a vital role in supporting our students both in and out of the classroom. You ll work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to promote positive behaviour, manage challenging situations calmly, and help students reach their potential. Your responsibilities will include:  Building positive, respectful relationships with students. Supporting behaviour management strategies in lessons and around the school. Delivering targeted interventions to help students develop self-regulation and social skills. Working collaboratively with staff to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
