This important role involves working closely with a student who is currently being reintegrated into mainstream education, having previously attended a PRU. The school is committed to providing a stable, nurturing environment, and they require a confident and resilient practitioner who can help the student transition successfully.About the RoleYou will work on a one-to-one basis with a KS3/KS4 learner, supporting their academic progress, emotional regulation, and behaviour. You will collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and SENCOs to deliver tailored support strategies that promote engagement, independence, and positive outcomes.Essential RequirementsTo be considered for this role, it is crucial that applicants meet the following criteria:Previous experience working in schools or educational settings is essential.
