We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school from September 2026. This is a varied role where you will work across multiple classes, supporting teachers and making a real difference to pupils'' learning and wellbeing.A key focus of this position will be supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across the school. You will work both 1:1 and with small groups, helping to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.An earlier start date is available for candidates who are able to begin before the end of the current academic year.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide classroom support across different year groups as requiredSupport pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsAssist in delivering tailored learning activitiesHelp manage classroom behaviour in line with school policiesPromote inclusion and support pupils'' emotional and social developmentWork closely with teachers and SLT to support individual learning plansThe Ideal CandidateHas experience working with young people aged 11-16 years Has knowledge or experience supporting SEN (e.g., ASC, ADHD, SEMH)Is adaptable, proactive, and confident working across different classesDemonstrates strong communication and teamwork skillsHolds a positive, patient, and nurturing approachFor more information, please APPLY NOW or contact your local Reed office and ask to speak with Sophie Lamont. ..... full job details .....
