The successful candidate must be able to communicate confidently in Punjabi, as this is essential to the individual''s communication needs, wellbeing and ability to express their choices and preferences. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support. Communicate effectively with the individual in Punjabi.
