The business supplies bespoke steel fabrications to government, defence and commercial clients, and has a strong track record of long-term employment. Pay is £19 to £21 per hour depending on experience, with overtime available on top. The role You will be setting up, programming and operating a CNC Punch Machine as well as setting and running CNC Press Brakes to produce sheet metal components to customer specifications. Day-to-day you will be reading engineering drawings, selecting and changing tooling, carrying out first-off and in-process quality checks, and keeping your machine and work area in good order. What you need Proven hands-on experience operating a CNC Punch Machine is essential, and Trumpf experience is preferred.
