Pump Service Engineer

Role: Pump Service EngineerLocation: BristolSalary: Up to 45,000 depending on experience Our client is looking for an experienced Pump Service Engineer to join their busy team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of a wide range of electrical pump systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites.This is a field-based role requiring strong technical ability, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities include:Service, maintain, and repair electrical pump systems (including submersible, booster, and wastewater pumps)Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults on-siteCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Install and commission new pump systemsComplete accurate service reports and documentationCommunicate effectively with clients and provide technical adviceEnsure all work complies with health and safety regulations Skills and experience:NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Engineering17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred)Proven experience working with pump systems or similar equipmentStrong fault-finding skills in both electrical and mechanical systemsFull UK driving licenceAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyStrong customer service and communication skillsWR Engineering are the recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing and technical sales jobs.
