We are looking for a Public Space Assistant Manager to help lead the effective delivery of Street Cleansing, Town Centre and Parks services. Reporting to the Public Space and Bereavement Services Manager, you will provide operational leadership to supervisors, team leaders and operatives. You will help ensure services are safe, efficient and responsive, while supporting service improvement, positive culture change and effective use of resources. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day service delivery, monitoring performance, using data and customer feedback to identify improvements, overseeing budgets, supporting plans and projects, and ensuring health and safety procedures are implemented and reviewed.
