Salary:33,742 - -42,182 per annum FTE (Band 7, pro-rata to -13,496 to -16,872 for part-time)
Contract Type: Part-time, Permanent (2 days per week)

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Public Services Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching for a college in Nottingham. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in public services-related subjects
• Support and motivate learners to achieve their academic and career goals
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Public Services or a related field
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Experience teaching in further education or training environments (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Industry experience in public services (desirable)
