Public Sector Audit Manager / Senior ManagerSalary:

£47,000-£65,000 (depending on experience)Location:

Ireland and UK clients (hybrid working available)

On behalf of our client in Belfast we are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing public sector team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of public sector audits across Ireland and the UK, with scope to expand into the not-for-profit and corporate sectors based on performance and interest.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver audits for a varied public sector client base, ensuring compliance with relevant standardsReport directly to Partner and oversee all stages of audit deliveryLead, mentor, and support team members, helping to develop their professional and technical skillsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsOversee financial performance of your portfolioContribute to business development and growth initiativesCriteria

ACA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualifiedProven experience in public sector auditStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsAbility to lead, motivate, and develop junior staffCommercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-driven approachWhats on offer
