Monitoring media coverage and report results to the wider team and clientsResearching and drafting pitches for features, interviews, op-eds, press releasesDrafting agendas and actions for client calls, as well as taking internal meeting notesResearching client events and industry conferencesResearching and building media lists on an ongoing basisPitching press releases, op-eds and feature storiesArranging and managing media interviews for clientsAssisting in developing creative ideas for PR campaigns and clients, crafting and executing media strategiesMonitoring and flagging relevant news stories to teamCandidate must have the right to work in the UKAt least 1-2 years experience or educational background in Public Relations, Communications or JournalismKnowledge of the fintech, blockchain or cryptocurrency space or have genuine desire to learn about itOutstanding organisational, multi-tasking and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail: be excellent at spelling, grammar and proof-readingHigh motivation and the ability to work independently under pressureStrong news sense and a knack for storytellingFlair for creativity, strategic thinking and innovationStrong interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and mediaWilling to communicate with memesExperience with a range of communication platforms (Telegram, Slack, X (formerly Twitter) and Discord)Competitive Salary - benchmarked and reviewed biannuallyAnnual Holiday Allowance - 25 days, plus bank holidaysYour birthday off, to treat yourself!Flexible working - WFH days and flexible hours (standard hours are 9am-6pm)Co-working Space - we work three days from the officeClassPass membership - use it for gym classes or go for a massage, it''s up to you!Private Healthcare provided by BUPASocial events to connect with your colleaguesAnnual company offsite (last offsite we went to a Safari Park!)Travel Opportunities - potential to attend key conferences in major global citiesOngoing Training and DevelopmentGlobal Team - The opportunity to be part of a team of ambitious, like-minded, driven people from different parts of the ..... full job details .....
