Public Law Care SolicitorLondon – £35,000 - £55,000My client is a well-regarded North London firm seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Family Solicitor to join their busy team.- Become a key member of their award-winning Family Law team, renowned for their expertise in public law children''s cases.- Contribute to the firm''s commitment to both legal aid and privately funded work, making a real difference in the lives of their diverse client base.- Thrive in a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment that values your skills and experience.Preferred Requirements:Possess the necessary expertise in Family Law, with a particular focus on public law children''s cases.Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively advocate for your clients in court.Be a confident and competent Court Advocate, capable of handling tight deadlines and working effectively within a team.Exhibit strong computer literacy and the ability to adapt to the firm''s digital infrastructure.Bring a minimum of 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to the role.Preferred Qualifications:Hold a recognised law degree or equivalent legal qualification.Be a qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.Possess a proven track record of success in both public and private law family work.If you''re an experienced Family Solicitor with a passion for Care work, apply with your up-to-date CV now!Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
