By using advanced design tools and selectively adopting new technologies, we remain at the forefront of sustainable innovation. Our projects shape the future of architecture and engineering, ensuring functional, sustainable, and forward-thinking solutions in the built environment.The RoleWe are looking for a Public Health Engineer to work on some of the world’s most high-profile and ambitious projects, collaborating with leading architects and engineers to push the boundaries of sustainable building design. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to contribute to the future of smart, resilient buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop calculations, schematics, models, and specifications.Support project coordination and contribute to specific design areas.Collaborate closely with architects to achieve seamless integration of engineering and design.Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and Foster + Partners procedures.Stay engaged in continuous professional development (CPD) and champion equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across all workstreams.Skills and ExperienceChartered Engineer (or working towards Chartered status).Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of
Public Health Engineering
in building services.Knowledge of
UK building standards
(CIBSE, British Standards, ISO, BSRIA, CIPHE) a plus.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant design tools.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Understanding of the financial aspects of running a design project on time and within budget.Knowledge of Fire Protection systems and LEED/environmental assessment methods is a plus.Why Join Us?Work with a globally renowned architecture and engineering practice.Contribute to cutting-edge projects that redefine sustainability and innovation in the built environment.Be part of a highly collaborative, forward-thinking team that values creativity and technical excellence.Hours:
