Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in public convenience facilities.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure that all facilities are stocked with necessary supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for timely repairs.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines while carrying out cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any public inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
