In this role, you will lead on-site civil engineering activities, manage quality compliance, and drive rigorous standards across network assets.Note: This position has been determined as Inside IR35.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision and Principal Contractor Liaison: Oversee day-to-day civil engineering activities on site, ensuring full compliance with design specifications, Network Rail standards, and Principal Contractor safety frameworks.Quality and Assurance Compliance: Lead the preparation, implementation, and sign-off of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Asset Management Plans (AMPs).Commercial and Material Take-Offs: Perform accurate material take-offs, manage procurement requisitions, and track material utilization to minimize waste.Technical Documentation: Produce, review, and maintain technical submittals, task briefs, work package plans (WPPs), and quality assurance records.Site Safety Leadership: Ensure strict adherence to rail safety regulations during possession windows, participating in pre-work briefings and site ..... full job details .....
