The ideal candidate will need to have access to a car but you will not need to use it every day. You will need previous rail civils experience. Project experience includes rail station upgrades, embankment stabilisation, drainage, earthworks, concrete structures, bridges, UTX, track etc. Experience with ground investigations, topographical surveys, ecology (dormmice, badgers, trees, bats) and drainage. This role is INSIDE of IR35 - you will be PAYE via Umbrella or Randstad Roles and responsibilities: Working alongside the Project Management team. Subbie Management: Send out tender packs (ITTs), take subcontractors on-site to explain the jobs, and show them exactly what needs doing. Paperwork & Briefings: Write the Work Package Plans and Task Briefings, and make sure Stephen signs them off before work starts.
