PTS Civils Supervisor

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisor for a long-term position, starting Monday 12th October.Rate: NegotiableStart Date: Monday 12th OctoberDuration: Long-termRole and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate civils works on site.Manage site operatives and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions where required.Ensure RAMS are understood and followed by all site personnel.Monitor site health and safety and ensure compliance with Network Rail and site-specific procedures.Coordinate plant, labour and materials to maintain productivity.Liaise with Site Management, Engineers and other contractors.Carry out quality checks and ensure works are completed to the required standard.Maintain accurate site records and report progress, issues and delays to management.RequirementsValid PTSSSSTS or SMSTSValid CSCSPrevious experience supervising civils works within a rail environment.Strong understanding of health and safety and safe systems of work.Good leadership and communication skills.About UsTeamforce Labour is a trusted provider of skilled personnel to the Rail, Civil Engineering and Construction industries across the UK.We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality talent to our clients while fostering fair and inclusive recruitment practices.Equal Opportunities ..... full job details .....
