Rate: -Negotiable Start Date: -Monday 12th October Duration: -Long-term Role & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civils works on site. Manage site operatives and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions where required. Ensure RAMS are understood and followed by all site personnel. Monitor site health & safety and ensure compliance with Network Rail and site-specific procedures. Coordinate plant, labour and materials to maintain productivity. Liaise with Site Management, Engineers and other contractors. Carry out quality checks and ensure works are completed to the required standard. Maintain accurate site records and report progress, issues and delays to management.
